Norwich Norse Building Ltd was formed in April 2014 and brings together key building maintenance services from Norwich City Council and Norse Commercial Services to manage the city’s housing stock of 15,000 properties and commercial property portfolio.
The joint venture is unique in that it brings together delivery of housing responsive repairs, disabled adaptations, damp and major works and voids maintenance activities, whilst also delivering non-housing/district lighting responsive repairs, programmed maintenance and upgrading works.
Since the formation of the joint venture, Norwich Norse Building Limited has gone from strength to strength in delivering a first rate service to its clients and customers. With an established ongoing relationships with Norwich City Council , NPS and other clients, Norwich Norse Building Limited are looking to further expand this 24/7 service of Responsive Repairs Maintenance with other clients in and immediately adjacent to the City.
